Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. Rector's scholarship holder for the best students. During studies, she gained experience by cooperating with one of the law firms in Szczecin, dealing with cases in the field of criminal law as well as civil law - in particular insurance law, i.e. liability of insurers for property damage. After graduation, she was employed as a judge assistant where dealt with cases in the field of broadly understood civil law, in particular property and inheritance law. As part of her work as an judge assistant, she also gained extensive experience in family and guardianship matters, in particular regarding alimony claims, regulating contacts and custody of children, limitation and deprivation of parental authority, as well as cases related to demoralization and criminal acts committed by minors. In 2018, she was entered on the list of legal counsel trainees kept by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. She gained practical professional experience by cooperating with one of the local law firms in the field of comprehensive services for entrepreneurs, in particular in the construction and development industry, as well as new technologies. She has experience in proceedings before the Polish Football Association. She completed an out-of-court mediator course in economic and family matters. She speaks English and German. The main area of her professional interest is broadly understood civil law, including family and guardianship law, with particular emphasis on the subject of divorce, alimony, parental responsibility, and division of property. Privately, a fan of motorization, non-fiction literature and psychology. |
