Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. In 1994-1997 she completed the solicitor’s training at the Regional Board of Solicitors in Gdańsk, passed the solicitor’s examination, and was admitted to the solicitors’ register. In 1997-2013 she co-operated with the law office Głuchowski, Siemiątkowski, Zwara i Partnerzy in Sopot. Since 2013 she has been a partner of the law office Burzak Okoń i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych spółka komandytowa in Gdynia. She specializes in labor, civil and trade law. She provides legal services to entrepreneurs, cultural institutions and schools of higher education. She has long-standing experience in consultancy related to employment and its reorganization. She provides legal services to employers with regard to individual and collective bargaining labor law. She has provided such legal services as preparation of management contracts, non-competition agreements, regulations, agreements and other in-company sources of labor law. She has handled matters associated with group layoff proceedings, acquisition of an employment establishment by a different employer and human resources audits. She has participated in negotiations of pay regulations, a collective bargaining agreement and benefits package as well as in negotiations in the course of a collective labor dispute. She represents employers and employees in labor lawsuits. |
