Legal adviser
Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Gdańsk. Doctor of legal sciences (doctoral dissertation title: "Representation in civil law"). He also graduated from the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Gdańsk, where he was granted the title of the Master of Arts in Scandinavian studies.

In 1987 he completed judicial training and passed the judge’s exam. Since 1989 he has been working as a legal adviser.

Experienced lecturer of civil law at the University of Gdańsk (1986-2005) as well as in Higher School of Law and Diplomacy in Gdynia (2007 - 2012).

From 1994 to 2010 he cooperated with the Głuchowski Jedliński Rodziewicz Zwara Law Office in Sopot, where, after its transformation into a limited liability partnership in 2003, he became a Senior Partner

Specializes in civil and commercial law, and in particular in handling investment processes, real estate and property development law as well as issues related to copyright law, intellectual property law, banking law and securities law. He possesses vast experience in judicial as well as arbitration proceedings, including the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

He provided legal services for, among others, Polish Security Printing Works (Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartosciowych SA), Ciech SA, Bank of Gdańsk (Bank Gdański SA) - where he participated in a project of establishing one of the first retirement funds in Poland – the "EGO" fund, Nordea SA, PERN SA, Polnord SA as well as companies of the SKOK group. Since 2006 he has been cooperating with a real estate fund Baltic Property Trust OPTIMA. As a part of this cooperation, in 2008 he conducted the largest real estate transaction in Poland (the so-called "Pluton Project", according to which the fund purchased from TP SA three office building properties in Warsaw, together with leaseback).

Co-author of the commentary to the Act on the Protection of rights of the buyer of housing units or single-family homes of 16 September 2011 (the so-called Developer act).

Fluent in English, Swedish and Norwegian, possesses conversational skills in French, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
